Policies and Guidelines
Taking a few minutes to read through our policies before booking helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Paradise RV & Mobile Home Community. Our policies page covers everything you need to know ahead of your arrival. We want every guest to feel informed, comfortable, and ready to relax from the moment they pull in.
Rates are subject to change at any time. Please note that rental rates are based on two people per space. Daily & Weekly rates are subject to additional guests charges (6 maximum) will be charged $5.00 per adult & $2.00 per child person per night. In accordance with Penrod RV & Mobile Homestead Rules & Regulations, guest limitations apply*
Cancellation Policy:
Daily Reservations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival are subject to a $35 cancellation fee or loss of the first-night deposit.
Weekly Reservations
Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will result in loss of the reservation deposit.
Monthly Reservations
Cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will result in loss of the reservation deposit.
No-Shows & Early Departures
No-shows and early departures are 100% non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.
Cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances and are subject to management approval.
Holidays & Special Events:
Holiday weekends or special events may require a minimum length of stay as well as an additional fee. Please inquire at the time the reservation is made.
Reservation & Deposit Policy:
• To guarantee a reservation, a credit card deposit is charged when the reservation is made. Please see cancellation policy for refunds.
• For a reservation from one to six days, a $55 deposit plus tax (equal to the first night).
• For a reservation from one to three weeks, the deposit is $100 per week reserved, plus tax.
• For a monthly reservation, the deposit is $200 for each month reserved.
Basic Rules & Regulations
• We are a family park.
• RV's must be 10 years old or newer.
• No more than two pets are allowed.
• Exceptions must be approved by management.
