Paradise RV & Mobile Home Community offers 50 full hookup RV sites in a quiet, well-maintained mountain setting. All sites are back-in and designed to accommodate a variety of rig sizes, with comfortable spacing and convenient access throughout the property. Sites can be reserved by the day, week, or month.

New at Paradise! Our brand-new Conestoga Glamping Wagons bring a fresh and exciting lodging option to Paradise RV & Mobile Home Community. Each wagon sleeps a family comfortably with a king bed and two twin bunks, and comes fully equipped with a TV, heating and air conditioning, and a private bathroom with shower. It's Old West charm with every modern comfort you'd want for a memorable mountain getaway.

Lakeside sits in the heart of the Pinetop-Lakeside area at around 7,000 feet elevation, offering clean mountain air, star-filled skies, and the world's largest Ponderosa pine forest. The surrounding White Mountains region is home to a wide range of outdoor activities, local dining, shopping, museums, and seasonal festivals throughout the year.

The White Mountains offer exceptional outdoor recreation, from hiking and fishing to skiing and wildlife viewing. The White Mountain Trail System alone covers more than 200 miles of non-motorized routes, and nearby lakes like Woodland Lake and Fool Hollow Lake Recreation Area add even more options. Many more activities are waiting just beyond our front gate.

The Pinetop-Lakeside area has a solid range of dining options, from casual breakfast spots to longtime local steakhouses. Darbi's Cafe is a popular morning stop known for its home-style comfort food, while Charlie Clark's Steakhouse has anchored the dinner scene since 1938. Many more restaurants and eateries are scattered throughout the area.
